Often we find ourselves facing difficulties in so many areas of our lives, especially at times like these. With this in mind, the Student Wellbeing Service has designed this session to help you improve a variety of areas, including: Basic Anxiety Management; Basic managing procrastination; Time Management; Finding balance with Work/life; Breathing exercise to help improve general wellbeing.
